Position: Accounts Executive

JOB ROLE:

Spectrum Software Management:
Use Spectrum accounting software to record transactions, generate reports, and maintain financial records. Assist in maintaining and troubleshooting any issues related to Spectrum software. Generate and analyze accounting reports in Spectrum to track expenses, sales, taxes,
and profits.
GST Compliance:
Maintain and update records for GST input and output tax. Prepare and file GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B) on time, ensuring compliance with
GST regulations. Ensure proper documentation of GST-related transactions and maintain accurate records. Reconcile GST liability and input tax credit (ITC) to ensure correct reporting and payment.
Vendor and Client Account Management:
Maintain accurate records of vendor accounts, ensuring all invoices are processed in a timely manner. Monitor outstanding payments and follow up with vendors for timely settlement. Ensure the accuracy of client accounts, managing any discrepancies or payment issues.
Purchase Entry & Accounting:
Process all purchase transactions in the accounting system (Spectrum). Verify and ensure the accuracy of purchase invoices, and ensure that they are
recorded in the correct accounts. Ensure proper categorization of purchases, such as goods, services, and expenses, for
accurate financial reporting. Reconcile purchase orders, delivery notes, and invoices to ensure consistency.
